Itinerary

Day 01Arrival Cappadocia

On arrival at the Cappadocia airport, you will be received by a member of our local team or an appointed driver who will take care of your transfer and check-in formality at the hotel in Goreme. If you want to overcome Jet lag, we suggest a leisurely walk in the surrounding area. It may help you to get used to a different environment and time zone.
Cappadocia is renowned for its unusual landscape which is the result of the erosion of lava from ancient volcanoes dating back to an approximate of 3 to 9 million years. The region is home to churches, houses, passages and storage carved out of volcanic rocks. Rest of day the at leisure.

Day 2Cappadocia

After an early breakfast, Today you visit the wonderful Underground City of Kaymakli where early Christians lived secretly, to survive and keep their faith. Picture stops are going to be given at the Valley of the Birds and the foot of the Uchisar Castle. After that proceed to the Goreme Valley to go to the rock-carved churches hollowed out of volcanic ash. Lunch break is going to be at Avanos Village followed by the famous local pottery and carpet shows, allowing ample time for shopping within the afternoon. Also, time is going to be allocated for the local souvenir shopping before driving back to the hotel. 
(Today you can also book an optional hot air balloon ride)

Day 3Cappadocia - Konya

After breakfast, you leave for Konya, which is located on the ancient Silk Road. Konya has a rich historical and spiritual heritage to explore. Before reaching Konya, you take a brief halt to see the beautiful Sultanhanı Caravanserai. On arrival in Konya check-in into the hotel.
Post lunch you visit Mevlana Museum, one of the main reasons to visit Konya. Mevlana Museum shelters the tomb of Celaleddin Rumî (1207-1273), a poet, a mystic and one of the great spiritual philosophers and teachers of all time. In the evening you can witness Sema (Whirling Dervishes Ceremony), the part of the Turkish culture, trust and history in Konya. It denotes the different meanings of a mystic cycle to perfection. It is revolving around the heart, from right to left. It embraces all of humankind, all the creation with affection and love. After enjoying ‘Serbet’, a religious drink offered after the ceremony, return to your hotel.

Day 4Konya - Pamukkale

Today, after your breakfast in Konya, you leave for Pamukkale, a Cotton Castle or you can say an ancient Hierapolis (Holy City). This area has been drawing the exhausted to its thermal springs since the time of Classical antiquity. You shall drive through a stimulating landscape where peasants make their living. On arrival, check into the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 5Pamukkale – Fethiye

Most of the tourist come to Pamukkale for the travertines alone. This place has a two-in-one deal, with the famous ruins of the Roman spa town of Hierapolis.
After an early breakfast, you shall explore the ruins of the Roman spa town of Hierapolis and the next visit to a surreal natural wonder of rippling semi-circular, pure-white travertines. This white mountain is one of Turkey’s most photogenic spots and one of the country’s most famous landmarks. At this place, the Calcareous hot springs descending over cliffs have created fascinating travertines in the sort of white terrace and basins.
Post lunch you shall drive to Fethiye, With its postcard-worthy backdrop of golden sands, forested mountains, and miles of azure ocean, it’s no surprise that Fethiye is among the most-visited cruise ports on Turkey’s Turquoise Coast. The town itself is equally attractive, with leafy seafront promenades, lively bazaars, and ancient ruins.

Day 06Fethiye - Gocek Island - Yassica Islands

After an early breakfast, you embark the boat at 09:00 a.m. from Ece Saray Marina. Later leave from Fethiye for Gocek Island. Your journey will be through uniquely beautiful islands. Your gulet will finally be anchored at Yassica Islands. Lunch will be arranged in this beautiful chain of lovely little islands. Overnight will be on a bay amongst the islands of Gocek, along with the dinner.

Day 07Bedri Rahmi (Tasyaka) Bay - Sarsala - Aga Limani

After leisurely breakfast, Gulet sail to the spectacularly striking Bedri Rahmi Bay, named after a famous Turkish artist and then to Sarsala Bay. After lunch gulet will cruise to Aga Limani. Overnight stay will be on this beautiful bay.

 

Day 08Kumlubuk Bay Beach - Cennet Island – Marmaris

At early hours, Cruise will start, and your breakfast will be served on the bay of Kumlubuk. This fantastic place lies within the vision of Marmaris but is cut off from it by a set of Limestone Mountains. Today, You will have your lunch in a pleasant bay of Cennet Island.

Day 09Marmaris – Kusadasi (212 km / 3h15m)

Disembarkation by 10:30 after breakfast. Then continue to Kusadasi. Kusadasi is an ideal holiday destination offering something for everyone. On arrival, check to the hotel. Rest of the day to relax and unwind. In the evening you can spend time on The best-known place “Bar Street”, where you can find many excellent bars and clubs.

Day 10Kusadasi

Rise and shine at an early hour. Today again is going to be a long day; you will proceed and reach the ancient and traditional city of Ephesus. Ephesus was undoubtedly one among the foremost important cultural centres of the conventional world. Impressive structures you will see include the Library of Celsus, Temple of Hadrian, Theater and Odeon. You will also stop by at the Temple of Artemis, which was one among the Seven Wonders of the antiquity. Nearby is the House of Mother where she is believed to possess spent her last years. On August 18, 1961, Pope John XXll announced the House of Virgin Mary at Ephesus to be holy. You will get an opportunity to drink water from the Sacred Spring. Your last stop is going to be the local archaeological museum, displaying artefacts from the traditional site.

Day 11Kusadasi - Canakkale via Troy & Pergamon

Today is going to be a long journey day. After breakfast, you leave for Canakkale via Pergamon & Troy.
Your first stop will at the hauntingly gorgeous Pergamon. Among the impressive structures of this city, you will see the Altar of Zeus – dating from 3rd BC, Temples of Dionysus and Trajan and after that, the 200,000 volume library which was exceeded only by that found in Alexandria at that time. Visit The Asclepieum of Pergamon, which was a famous health centre. It is where the methods of treatment included blood transfusions, music therapy and meditation.
Later, you drive to Troy, mentioned in Homer’s “Iliad” and “Odyssey”, Troy has nine cities overlaid one upon another. Troy Vl relates to the famous Trojan War of Homer, where the mythical heroes included Achilles, Ulysses, Agamemnon, and Nestor on the Greek side; and, Priam, Hector and Paris on the Trojan side. Later, after a drive of 90 minutes, you reach Canakkale and go straight to bed in your hotel in Canakkale.

Day 12 Canakkale - Gallipoli (Gelibolu)

After leisurely breakfast, you will start your journey for Gallipoli with some necessary en-route halts at Anzac Cove, Ceremonial Ground, Lone Pine and a few shelters and tunnels before you cross the second strategic waterway, the Dardanelles. After a lunch break, you will continue your scenic drive right down to Gallipoli, historically famous for being the location of the many battles during WW1. On arrival, check into the hotel in Gallipoli. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 13Gallipoli – Istanbul

After leisure, breakfast Drive to Tlos & enter Saklikent Gorge. You’ll choose the Saklikent in Turkey for a really special holiday. During the day you’ll enter the Saklikent Gorge watching the unique beauties & you’ll start an adventure by joining the Canyon activities & you’ll feel excitement and freshness of the river by rafting & you’ll shout your freedom by paragliding. Or visit historical places. These activities don’t require a lot of effort.

Day 14Istanbul

The second last day of the tour is going be a long day, after breakfast you have a tour of the ‘Old City’ where you will visit the Blue Mosque, famous for its delicate blue ceramic tiles, the Hippodrome, and Haghia Sophia, which was initially a church, later turned into a mosque, then turned museum in 1935, but again turned into Mosque in July 2020. It takes the breath away with the sheer architectural size of its interior and luxurious dome. Next, you visit the magnificent Topkapi Palace that was built on one among the seven hills of Istanbul. This massive complex commands views of the ocean of Marmara, the Bosphorus and therefore the Golden Horn. It had been the seat of state for the Ottoman Empire for several centuries (1453-1852). You see the extravagant Treasury and more. The last stop is going to be Grand Bazaar which is amongst attractive shopping centers and therefore the most significant “souk” within the world with nearly 4000 shops of antiques, gold, jeweler, carpets and leather wear.

Day 15Istanbul

Have your last breakfast with your new friends and say farewell to them in the city of Istanbul and then proceed on to the airport to depart for the hometown. We hope this tour was a memorable one for you.
