In this 13 days tour, you will visit many temples, parks, and many more places which are worth visiting. At Dambulla, you will be fascinated to see the cave temples along with the Golden Temple. Way ahead, as you tour across Kandy, you will head for a long walk to the three temples, Embekke, Lankathilake and Gadaladeniya apart from moving around the Kandy lake. You will also be excited while you are viewing the Temple of the Tooth. Among the park, you can hang out at Hikkaduwa National Park which is in the Southern region of Sri Lanka. While you are at Colombo, it’s worth spending time at the Viharamahadevi Park and Galle Face Green. After Kandy, as you spend some in Galle, you can admire the architectural style as you visit the fort in Galle. On our itinerary, the 200 meters high Sigiriya forest rock, Horton Plains, Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH), World War 2 Airstrip, the Independence Square, and the Pettah Floating Market in Colombo are some of the other places worth visiting. While you’re at the Horton plains, you can watch the Backer’s falls gushing down from a certain height. Additionally, you will be astonished to observe some shops built on boats at the floating market.
While you have set aside a few days to explore Galle, you can walk opt for shopping in the Galle fort. As you walk down streets in Galle, you could buy souvenirs, gems and jewellery for someone you care and love from the bottom of your heart.

On arrival, a member of our local team or an appointed driver will receive you and will take care of your transfer and check-in formality at the hotel. While on the way to Dambulla, you stop at Pinnawala for breakfast and visit Elephants Orphanage of Pinnawala, which has the main significant herd of captive elephants within the planet. The orphanage has 96 elephants, including 43 males and 68 females from 3 generations, living here. Later you proceed to Dambulla.

Today, Rise and shine in the early hours. Before you are visiting Sigiriya Rock, you shall visit Dambulla temples. This town is documented for its cave temples, also referred to as the Golden Temple of Dambulla (World Heritage Site). The cave depicts paintings and statues that are associated with Buddha and his life. Then you’ve got a leisure lunch break, then proceed to Sigiriya Rock, which’s known for its historical and archaeological significance. You have a hike onto the Sigiriya Rock, a site of archaeological and historical importance. Massive columns of rock nearly 200 meters high are worth watching. It’s one of the best-preserved samples of ancient urban planning. Sigiriya today is a UNESCO-listed World Heritage Site. Afterward, within the evening, head toward Kandy.
Today after leisure breakfast, you leave for a sightseeing tour of this beautiful town. It’s the most important city in central Sri Lanka. It’s assailing a plateau surrounded by the mountains with biodiverse rainforest and tea plantations. There’s a famous Kandy Lake (Bogambara Lake) known for pleasant walks within the heart of the town. Kandy is renowned for sacred Buddhist sites, including the Temple of the Tooth (Sri Dalada Maligawa) shrine, celebrated with the grand Esala Perahera annual procession. (or else you’ll visit one of the gorgeous garden Royal Botanic Gardens)

Rise and excel at an early hour after breakfast; you visit The Three Temple in Loop Kandy. If you’re up for a test, enjoy a walk to 3 compelling temples. A walk of up to 7 km (4.35 miles) path links the Embekke, Lankathilake, and Gadaladeniya temples. After lunch in a fine local restaurant, there’s free time to browse around Kandy. Later you proceed to Nuwara Eliya (the Little England of Sri Lanka). En-route visit a tea plantation and a tea factory whose produce is world-famous. Here, you’ll also watch the method of producing tea. You’ll also see how tea is graded. Taste a cup of pure Ceylon tea within the factory. Then later proceed to Nuwara Eliya could also be a city within the tea plantation hills of Sri Lanka. The landscaped Hakgala Botanical Gardens displays roses and tree ferns and shelters monkeys and blue magpies. Nearby Seetha Amman Temple, a vibrant Hindu shrine, is decorated with religious figures. On arrival, check-in into the hotel and overnight in Nuwara Eliya.
After leisure breakfast, you visit Horton plains, which is found on a high windswept saddle at about 2134 meters above the ocean level. The tables are a spread of misty grassland with scrawny trees and ice-cold rivulets. Visit the World’s End is considered to be the best view altogether of Sri Lanka. The grand ridge drops vertically for about 4,000 feet, hence its name. you’ll also see the gorgeous Backer’s falls. (the walk is about 14 km). The park shelters mammals like Sambhur, Leopard, and endemic Bear Monkies. This area is home to over 20 endemic bird species, including Sri Lanka’s Whistling Thrush, Orange-billed Babbler, and Yellow-eared Bulbul.
After leisurely breakfast, check out and leave for Galle. On arrival, check-in into the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Or take a stroll around the Galle market. Sure, it will be a pleasant experience. You can also dine out in a specialty restaurant, where you can enjoy the local cuisine of the state.
After leisure breakfast, you visit the gorgeous sights of Galle; the town is understood for its UNESCO World Heritage Site, the attractively preserved Galle Fort. It is the most critical and exciting sea fortress in South Asia. First built by the Portuguese and later fortified by Dutch. Galle years its history on its sleeve. Windswept beaches and nodding palms surround its colonial-era showpiece.

After leisurely breakfast, the rest of the day is at our disposal. You can spend the day as you please. You can go for a guided tour to admire some architecture work Dutch. They left their impressions with some beautifully designed heritage buildings. Or you can go shopping within the Galle fort where you’ll stroll around the little streets and buy local souvenirs. The more noticeable product that you’ll find is that the Sri Lankan gems and jewelry.
Rise and shine on an early hour after breakfast, you leave for Bentota, But before that, you make a stop in Balapitiya. A coastal town situated in the southern province of the state. You enjoy a memorable Maduganga River ride. Madu River is located in the south of Sri Lanka near Galle. The water of the river is dotted with small islands. Thus the banks are all covered with opulent mangrove forests that are home to dozens of incredible animal species. Enjoy many vibrant tropical birds and a few crocodiles if you’re lucky enough. Later have lunch near a coastal restaurant in Balapitiya, and proceed to Bentota. On arrival, check-in into the hotel and later visit the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery. Evening at your leisure. Alternatively, you can spend time sitting at the shakes at the beach.
After breakfast, rest of the day to enjoy Sea, Sand & Surf. Bentota is known for its beautiful balmy surf and lovely beaches, including palm-dotted Hikkaduwa Beach, lined with restaurants and bars. The shallow waters opposite Hikkaduwa Beach shelter the Hikkaduwa park, a coral sanctuary and residence to marine turtles and exotic fish. You can spend the rest of the day here, enjoying several water sports activities.

After leisurely breakfast, check out & leave for Colombo. Colombo, the commercial capital of Sri Lanka, is a busy and vibrant place with a mixture of modern life and colonial buildings. On arrival, you shall have a short city orientation tour. Later check into the hotel. After freshen up and a quick nap, your driver will drop you near Beira Lake. It’s delightful just having a stroll around the lake. Another peaceful experience shall be a visit to the Buddhist Temple of Seema Malaka. You feel absolutely calm when you come here. With the entrance fees of this temple, you can visit one more Buddhist Temple named Gangaramaya. Here you will feel an atmosphere of worship and religion.
After breakfast, your chauffeur guide will take you on a half-day Colombo City tour. This tour is about some brief encounters with Colombo’s must-see places. You shall visit Folk Art Centre at Battaramulla. Drive past the Capital of Sri Lanka – Sri Jayawardanapura Kotte, Sri Lanka’s heroes’ Complex Kotte, Bandaranaike Memorial International Center, Town Hall. And the brief halt at Wolfendhel Dutch Church in Kotahena & Devatagaha Mosque.
Post lunch free time for shopping. Colombo has several popular supermarkets, but the best shops to visit are Barefoot & Paradise Road. Barefoot is a store, bookshop, gallery, cafe, performance space, and place to hang out, And Paradise road offers an abundance of things you’ll want to fill your home with. Conclude your tour with a leisurely walk on Marine Drive and dine at one of the famous restaurants serving food of your choice. Overnight stay in Colombo.
After breakfast, check out and your driver shall drop you at the Airport. Tour concludes.
